Jolene Richeal, CAS, serves on the Business Development team at Guardian Recovery. A credentialed addiction counselor since 2019, she is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Social Work. With years of experience in the recovery field, Jolene specializes in program development and community resource connections. Her personal journey in sustained recovery since 2013 informs her passionate advocacy for breaking down barriers to treatment and creating accessible pathways to healing. Jolene works diligently with community partners to help more individuals find hope and healing, embodying Guardian Recovery’s core mission and values. A longtime Colorado resident, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her role in supporting those seeking freedom from addiction.
